The process is simple: place an order for no commission real estate services on an MLS no commission website, pay the flat fee and wait for a email package containing all the forms you will need to review and return to the local broker assigned to your transaction. Your broker will list your home with MLS within one business day of receipt of the necessary no commission real estate paperwork and will function as your main point of contact from this point forward. Your home will also appear on national MLS listings within a few more days. Only your licensed local broker can place an MLS listing for your home, whether or not you opt for no commission real estate.
