Such structures are, because of the quality of metal resistant to weather fluctuations and hazards of rain, hail, snow, frost, heat or fire. Such metal structures do not cause any unfavorable effect on the health of those harboring in them and are proper for dwelling purposes. On the contrary, the environment malignant elements like asbestos, lead etc. that are in abundance in the other building materials, are not liberated during installation, transport or removal of the metal structures. The erection of metal building may or may not require skilled hands but if such requirement is there then it is the duty of the vendor to inform the same to the purchaser and charge for the same.
